ANNA DAY

Successful in your career, yet exhausted by co-parenting conflict?

Create a calm, stable framework for communicating with your former partner. Protect your kids from the crossfire and free up your mental space for your life and career.

Expected Outcomes

What we work toward together

01A clearer way to communicate with your co-parent, so every message does not have to take over your day.
02We practice ways to pause, choose your response, and notice when you are being pulled into conflict.
03The focus is to create more mental space for your children, your work, and your personal life.
Who is my coaching for?

I work with high-achievers who lead in the boardroom but feel hijacked at home.

High-Performers Seeking Cognitive Freedom

You manage teams and budgets with ease, but a single notification from your ex-partner can hijack your brain for the rest of the day.

Protectors Seeking Emotional Legacy

You care deeply about your children and you want to respond with more steadiness, even when the situation is difficult.

Strategists Seeking Systemic Efficiency

You are tired of "over-processing" every interaction, drafting two-line emails for hours and performing emotional post-mortems after every handover.

Why this work matters to me

I did not come to this work from theory alone.

For more than ten years, I have worked closely with families at difficult turning points: separation, conflict, new routines, broken trust, and the long process of learning how to speak to each other differently.

I have seen how much of co-parenting happens in small moments.A message that arrives at the wrong time.A handover that starts tense before anyone says a word.A decision about school, holidays, or health that suddenly becomes bigger than the decision itself.

Many of my clients are highly capable in the rest of their lives. They lead teams, run businesses, make decisions, and hold things together for everyone else. But conflict with a former partner can reach a place that ordinary professional skills do not fully prepare you for.

That is why I bring together three parts of my background.

→ I bring family experience — years of working with the emotional reality behind separation and co-parenting.

→ I bring communication training — including non-violent communication and co-parenting mediation, where the focus is not on “winning” the exchange, but on making it clearer, safer, and less reactive.

→ And I bring more than 500 hours of coaching work with people who carry responsibility in demanding lives.

My role is not to judge your story, tell you what to do, or give legal advice. My role is to help you slow the pattern down, see your choices more clearly, and build a way of communicating that you can actually use in real life — especially when the situation is tense.

This work is practical. It is calm. And it is built around one simple idea: you may not be able to control the whole dynamic, but you can work on how you meet it.

Client Outcomes

The results my clients achieve in their co-parenting communication.

"Previously, a single message from my ex-wife would derail my focus for hours. Now, I have a clear response protocol in place that allows me to stay locked on my business objectives. Even my children have noticed the shift to a more stable atmosphere when we all meet together."
