What Changes

Realistic shifts in how you decide, communicate, and work

01
Decisions that hold

Fewer decisions get re-opened in hallway chats. Choices made in executive meetings stay decided.

02
Clear ownership, less competition

Leaders understand exactly what they own, cutting down hidden competition and overlapping efforts.

03
Visible Dynamics & Less Waste

Unspoken tensions and conflict avoidance come out into the open, turning passive hesitation into direct action.

Who This Is For

Leaders and teams navigating critical business pivots

CEOs & COOs Leading Change

You are driving a merger, restructuring, or rapid shift, but internal friction and re-opened decisions are slowing down your progress.

Executive Leadership Teams

Your team agrees in meetings, but unspoken rivalries and conflict avoidance mean the same issues keep getting re-decided later.

Cross-Functional Leaders

You lead complex, shared projects where vague boundaries cause stalled work, territory wars, and constant escalation to top leadership.

HOLDING YOUR TEAM BACK, SO YOU CAN CUT THROUGH INTERNAL DRAG AND KEEP THE BUSINESS MOVING

My path into this work started inside companies, not outside them.
I spent more than 20 years in HR and organizational development, working on strategy, change, and people leadership, and again and again, I saw teams that looked aligned on paper but struggled to make decisions together, a gap that becomes costly as companies face more frequent change and the cost of delay rises.

That gap led me to Jungian coaching. It gave me language for patterns that do not appear on an org chart: unspoken competition between senior leaders, unclear roles, and conflict avoidance mistaken for harmony.

My approach combines business context with attention to these less visible patterns, then turns insight into practical next steps.

This isn't therapy, crisis support, or an HR investigation, and I don't make decisions on behalf of a team. My role is to help a leadership team see what's actually happening between them, so they can decide and move together

My Programs

Ways to help leaders decide faster and stay aligned.

From Re-Opened Decisions to Decisions That Actually Hold

8 sessions, typically spaced 1-2 weeks apart, with a 6-8 week practice period built in between the middle sessions. Most teams complete the full program in roughly 3-4 months.

Who This Program Is For
  • CEOs, COOs, or Chiefs of Staff leading an executive team through a merger, restructuring, or fast pivot.
  • Leadership teams who ran an alignment offsite before, but watched the same tensions resurface within weeks back at work.
What Changes After This Program
  • Leaders leave weekly meetings with a decision that holds, instead of re-opening it in hallway conversations.
  • Senior leaders name and divide territory that used to sit in quiet competition.
  • The CEO spends less time re-deciding issues the team already agreed on.
01
Mapping the Team Pattern

We trace recent reopened decisions to find out what actually triggers it - who reopens, and why. The team leaves with a concrete, shared picture of its own pattern, not a generic label. Sessions 1-2

02
Turning Insight into Agreements

Using a set of recognizable leadership patterns and the blind spots that come with them under pressure, we turn that insight into working agreements: who owns which decisions, who's consulted, and what actually justifies reopening one. Sessions 3-4

03
Practising on Live Decisions

The team applies the agreements to real decisions as they come up - naming owner, contributors, next step each time. In session, we look at what held and what pulled the team back to the old pattern. Sessions 5–7, with work between sessions

04
Consolidating New Habits

We review the practice period, refine the agreements into final form, and set a short recurring rhythm for checking ownership - so it runs as habit, not a one-off. Session 8

Why This Works

Real business background meets practical human insight.

20+ Years Inside Corporate Leadership

Quick management tips fail under pressure. By using Jungian methods to address the underlying behavior patterns, changes actually stay in place.

Addressing Root Behavior, Not Just Symptoms

An offsite can surface tension for a day, but it rarely changes what happens back at the desk.
This process works inside your regular decision-making, so new habits get tested on real calls, not just discussed in a room.

Built Around Real Daily Work

We don't waste time on abstract theories. Every session deals directly with your pending choices, real meetings, and active business challenges.

How We Work Together

A practical, step-by-step engagement with clear expectations at every stage.

01
Initial Conversation

We start with an open conversation with the key stakeholders to understand your specific business situation, where work is stalling, and what success needs to look like.

02
Custom Proposal

I build a clear recommendation tailored to your situation whether that is a targeted program for a specific bottleneck or a fully customized engagement for individual leaders or teams.

03
Agreement & Setup

Once we agree on the scope, focus areas, and terms, we formalize the contract and establish clear expectations with everyone involved before we begin.

04
Execution & Mid-Way Reviews

We run the dedicated sessions using live business choices, holding regular progress check-ins with the sponsor along the way to ensure we stay on track.

05
Final Evaluation & Next Steps

At the end of the engagement, we review the changes against our original goals and decide together whether to wrap up or extend into a new phase.

What Clients Say

Real teams, real decisions.

"We were mid-merger and every decision seemed to get remade a week later.
After a few sessions, my leadership team started leaving meetings with calls that actually stuck, and I stopped having to re-decide things myself."

FAQ

Common Questions

Bringing in outside support isn't a sign of weakness - it's what strong teams do when old habits stop matching a new pace of change.
Most leaders we work with are experienced and capable; the friction they're stuck in is usually about unclear ownership, not lack of skill.

This work stays focused on concrete decisions and role clarity, not open-ended discussion.
Each session ties back to a real pending decision the team needs to move on, and we track whether commitments actually hold afterward.

A single offsite often surfaces tension without giving the team a way to keep working through it once daily pressure returns.
This works across multiple sessions so the team can practice new ownership habits on live decisions, not just discuss them once and hope they stick.

Sessions are scheduled by arrangement around your team's actual availability, whether online or in person.
Because the format is one-to-one and small-group coaching rather than a fixed course, timing can flex to what your team can realistically commit to.

No. This is coaching focused on decisions, roles, and team patterns, not therapy, crisis support, or performance evaluation.
We don't diagnose individuals or make decisions on your team's behalf - the work stays focused on a practical next step.
