EXPECTED OUTCOMES

What you can actually expect to change.

01
CLEARER PRIORITIES

You leave with a clearer sense of what needs your attention now, whether that is rest, food, movement, stress, or something else.

02
PRACTICES THAT FIT

Your next steps are shaped around your actual week, not a routine that only works on a good day.

03
A WAY TO KEEP GOING

When life gets busy, you have a way to adjust and return to what matters, rather than feeling you need to start over.

Who This Helps

For people who already know what's healthy, but can't get it to hold up in real life.

The Manager Under Pressure

You know the drill: skip lunch, take the tight deadline, run on five hours of sleep, and tell yourself you'll fix it after this project.

The Business Owner

There's no manager checking in on you, so your own health quietly slides to the bottom of the list until a checkup number flags something.

The Working Parent

You've deleted the wellness apps, skipped the gym you still pay for, and missed a family event because you were simply too exhausted to go.

About Me
TAKING
CAREOFYOURSELF
IS NOT SOMETHING TO SAVE FOR LATER.

Before I became a coach, I was trying to keep up at work, be present for my family, and deal with my own health later. I did what many capable people do: pushed through, relied on willpower, and assumed things would settle down eventually. They didn’t. A serious health crisis brought that pattern into focus.

It also changed what I wanted from health support. I wasn’t looking for a stricter routine; I needed something that could live alongside deadlines, family responsibilities, and imperfect weeks. That question led me to become a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and to train in functional medicine, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and behavior change.

Today, I bring both personal experience and professional training to this work. I know that meaningful change is rarely dramatic. More often, it starts when people stop waiting for the perfect time and begin treating their own needs as part of everyday life.

TAKING **CARE OF YOURSELF** IS NOT SOMETHING TO SAVE FOR LATER.
My Programs

ONE-TO-ONE SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS. A DEDICATED WELL-BEING PROGRAM FOR ORGANIZATIONS.

THE REAL WEEK

Give employees a more personal alternative to generic wellness perks: six weeks of one-to-one, confidential support that respects their time, privacy, and real lives.

Who This Program Is For
  • Managers and senior individual contributors
who carry high responsibility at work and find that their own needs are always the first thing to slip.
  • Working parents and caregivers
who spend most of their time meeting other people’s needs, and are tired of looking after themselves becoming another task.
expected results
  • A clear picture
of where their actual week is working against their health goals, and what deserves attention first.
  • One measurable habit
built around their schedule, plus a way to return to it after a difficult week.
  • For your organization, a private, practical benefit employees can use without sharing personal health information at work.
01
MAPping THE REAL WEEK

Each employee begins with a private session that maps their actual week: workload, home responsibilities, pressure points, and where their own needs tend to disappear.

02
CHOOSing ONE PLACE TO START

Participants choose one area to focus on - rest, movement, food, stress, boundaries, or something else - instead of being given a generic plan.

03
TRYing IT IN REAL LIFE

Over the following weeks, employees test small changes in their routines and bring back what worked, what did not, and what needs adjusting.

04
BUILDing A RETURN PLAN

The final session turns those insights into a personal return plan for demanding weeks, so a disruption does not have to mean starting over.

Built For Real Life

Why People Trust This Work

FROM INTENTION TO ACTION

Medical care can diagnose and treat. Therapy can help you make sense of what is underneath. Coaching is how health goals become something you actually do every day.

TRAINED FOR CHANGE

National Board Certification, plus training in positive psychology, functional medicine, and behavior change, brings structure to the work.

40+ CLIENTS SUPPORTED

From managers to working parents, clients have brought different schedules and goals. The work is always personal, practical, and built around what matters to them.

The Process

How We Work Together

01
START WITH A DISCOVERY CALL

We begin with a conversation about what is happening now, what you are looking for, and whether coaching is the right kind of support.

02
DEFINE THE FOCUS

For individuals, we clarify what they want to change and what useful progress would look like. For organizations, we discuss who the program is for, what challenge they want to address, and what success would look like.

03
CHOOSE THE RIGHT FORMAT

Together, we decide whether one-to-one support or The Real Week program is the best fit, along with the timing and level of support needed.

04
AGREE THE DETAILS

For organizations, I prepare a proposal
covering scope, fees, timing, and confidentiality. For individuals, we confirm the coaching agreement, schedule, and payment.

05
BEGIN THE WORK

Individual sessions or the sponsored program begin. The client sets the focus, and we revisit progress and adjust the work as life changes.

06
REVIEW AND DECIDE WHAT’S NEXT

At the end, we reflect on what has changed, what support is still useful, and whether to continue, pause, or close the engagement.

What Clients Say

"I always knew what I should be doing, I just never had a plan that fit my actual calendar. Now I protect one habit even during my worst weeks, and I'm not crashing every afternoon anymore."

FAQ

Common Questions

This isn't a reminder app you can silently ignore. Because it's built around your real calendar and includes group check-ins, you have weekly touchpoints that keep the habit visible instead of another notification to delete. We also adjust the habit each week if it isn't fitting, instead of asking you to just push through.

You probably already know what's healthy, that's rarely the missing piece. What's usually missing is a structured way to fit it into your actual week and someone to help you adjust when it doesn't stick, something willpower alone tends to skip.

Sessions are built for people with packed calendars, not people with spare time. Each one focuses on your real schedule, so the time you spend goes toward solving where habits actually fit, not general wellness talk.

Generic advice and apps usually assume a calm, predictable week. This works from your actual chaotic one, so a habit gets adjusted, not abandoned, when the week gets hard, using structured behavior-change methods instead of general tips.

That's expected, and it's part of what we plan for. Instead of dropping the habit entirely, we work out which one to protect first and how to scale it down without losing it completely.
