Site Operator: Liudmila Levochkina Erlenstraße 16, 96178 Pommersfelden, Germany E-Mail: hello@getcpass.com

About this website: The C‑Pass platform is operated from Germany by the site operator named above, acting as a sole proprietor, and provides services to coaches and professionals worldwide in English and Russian. We do not offer services within the Russian Federation and do not accept payments from Russian banks or payment services.

VAT status: In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG, small business regulation), no VAT is charged and no VAT is shown on prices or invoices.

Guides and comparison content: This website may publish informational guides, comparison pages, editorial ratings and references to third-party tools. These materials are provided for general information and marketing education only. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or professional advice. Third-party features, pricing, availability and terms may change, and readers should check the relevant provider before making a decision.

No outcome guarantee: C-PASS materials may help coaches clarify their brand, offer, visibility plan, website and sales path, but they do not guarantee clients, income, search rankings, platform approval or any specific business result. Results depend on the user's market, offer, effort, audience, reputation and follow-up.

Dispute Resolution: We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute‑resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. For information on approved alternative dispute‑resolution bodies in the EU, please visit:

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 July 2026

Provider and scope: These terms govern the purchase of paid C-PASS packages through this website. The provider is Liudmila Levochkina, Erlenstraße 16, 96178 Pommersfelden, Germany, e-mail: hello@getcpass.com ("we", "C-PASS"). By completing a purchase you accept these terms.

What we provide: C-PASS packages are services that help coaches launch and run their online presence: positioning and offer materials, a published website, and the ongoing features listed for each package on the Prices page. The scope of each package is the feature list shown on the Prices page at the time of purchase, together with our order confirmation. C-PASS materials support your business decisions; they are not legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and they do not guarantee clients, income or any specific business result (see "No outcome guarantee" above).

Ordering and contract formation: Orders are placed through our payment provider Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout pages. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail after payment. The contract can be concluded in English or Russian. If we cannot provide the service, we may decline an order within a reasonable time; in that case any payment is refunded in full.

Prices and payment: All prices are final prices in euro (EUR). In accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown. Payment is processed by Stripe; the available payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not accept payments from banks or payment services of the Russian Federation.

Package term and renewal: Each paid package covers 12 months of service from the date of purchase, including hosting and the package features for that period. Packages do not renew automatically, and nothing is charged without a new order from you. Before your package expires we will contact you about renewal at the renewal price shown on the Prices page. If you do not renew, the paid service, including hosting of your website by us, ends at the end of the package term.

Your cooperation: Delivering a package requires your input: information about you and your practice, feedback and approvals, and any materials you want on your website. Delivery timelines depend on this cooperation. You confirm that the materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

Right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The full withdrawal notice, the rules on early service start and a model withdrawal form are in the "Right of Withdrawal" section below.

Usage rights: You may use the materials and website content delivered to you for your own coaching business, including after the package term ends. Hosting of the website by us is part of the package and ends with the package term unless renewed. The underlying C-PASS platform, software, templates and designs remain our property and may not be resold or passed on to third parties as your own product.

Liability: We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties (duties whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place), and only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Statutory rights in the case of defects remain unaffected.

Governing law and final provisions: German law applies. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: 12 July 2026

Withdrawal right: If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, i.e. the day you receive our order confirmation by e-mail.

How to withdraw: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Liudmila Levochkina, Erlenstraße 16, 96178 Pommersfelden, Germany, e-mail: hello@getcpass.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example an e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

Early start of the service: If you asked us to begin the service before the end of the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the services already provided, compared with the full scope of the contract. If we have fully performed the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and performance began only after your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract, the right of withdrawal expires.

Model withdrawal form (complete and return this only if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

  • To: Liudmila Levochkina, Erlenstraße 16, 96178 Pommersfelden, Germany, e-mail: hello@getcpass.com
  • I/we hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract for the provision of the following service: [package name]
  • Ordered on: [date]
  • Name and address of consumer(s):
  • Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper), date

What we collect: When you send a contact form, sign up for guide updates, or interact with forms on guides and comparison pages, we collect your email address, optional name, message content and the page source of the request. When you buy a package, we additionally receive from our payment provider Stripe the data needed to fulfil your order: your name, e-mail address, billing country and the order details. Your full payment details, such as card numbers, are processed by Stripe and never reach us.

Why we collect it:

  • Requests and updates (legitimate interest): we use your email to answer your message, confirm your signup and send you the updates you asked for.
  • Marketing updates (consent): If you opt in, we will send you news and offers about C‑Pass. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Contract fulfilment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): if you buy a package, we process your order data to provide the service, communicate about your order and issue invoices.

How we use and store data: We store form submissions on our website host and use a third‑party email service to send confirmations and updates. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and comply with EU data‑protection law. We do not process or store personal data in Russia, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing. We may use service providers (e.g. email services) who process data on our behalf.

Payments: Purchases are processed by Stripe (for customers in Europe: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). Checkout takes place on Stripe's own pages. Stripe processes your name, e-mail address, billing address and payment details to complete the payment and for its own fraud prevention; Stripe may transfer data to the United States under EU-approved safeguards. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Details are in Stripe's privacy policy:

https://stripe.com/privacy

Cookies: This website currently sets only technically necessary cookies, for example to remember that you closed the cookie notice. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics, we will prefer cookieless tools; any cookies that are not technically necessary would only be set with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you could withdraw at any time via the cookie settings. Stripe's checkout pages use Stripe's own cookies under Stripe's policies.

Retention: We keep contact and update emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order and invoice data are kept for as long as German commercial and tax law requires (up to ten years) and then deleted.

Your rights: Under the EU/UK GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.

Changes: We will update this notice if our data processing practices change and will post the new “Last updated” date.

A calmer way to launch a coaching business.
